1. Eligibility
   
   
   
   • Open to all college students from Madurai, Theni, Dindigul, Sivaganga, Virudhunagar Districts.
     
     
   • Participants must be currently enrolled in a recognized institution.
     
     
2. Event Date & Venue
   
   
   
   • The event will be conducted on 19th July 2025 at MRD Mahal, Madurai.
     
     
3. Registration
   
   
   
   • Participants must register via the official Google Form before submitting entries.
     
     
   • Without registration, entries will not be accepted.
     
     
4. Participation Guidelines
   
   
   
   • Individual or team participation is allowed based on contest rules.
     
     
   • A student can participate in multiple contests, but must register separately for each.
     
     
   • Ensure proper communication with the organizing team for contest-specific requirements.
     
     
5. Content Restrictions
   
   
   
   • Entries must not include:
     
     
     
     • Political, offensive, vulgar, or disrespectful content.
       
       
     • Copyrighted content (unless licensed) or AI-generated visuals in restricted contests.
       
       
   • Plagiarism or theme mismatch will lead to disqualification.
     
     
6. Judgement & Results
   
   
   
   • Decision of the jury will be final and binding.
     
     
   • Entries will be judged based on:
     
     
     
     • Relevance to theme (Adoption)
       
       
     • Visual and creative appeal (Appealing)
       
       
     • Clarity and structure (Presentation)

8. Event Code of Conduct
   
   
   
   • Respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times.
     
     
   • Misconduct or disruption during the event will result in immediate disqualification.

• Team Size: 3 to 5 members
  
  
• Duration: Max 7 minutes (including credits)
  
  
• Video Format: Landscape, MP4, 1080p
  
  
• File Name: ShortFilm_Title.mp4
  
  
• Submission: Final + working file (zipped)
  
  
• Disqualified If: Exceeds time, violates theme, uses copyrighted content
  
  

✏️ Pencil Art Contest

• Participation: Individual only
  
  
• Medium: A4 or A3
  
  
• Tools: Pencil, graphite, shading pencils only
  
  
• Submission: JPEG/PNG scan + physical copy
  
  
• File Name: PencilArt_Title.jpg
  
  
• Disqualified If: Uses color/AI, theme mismatch, digital tracing
  
  

📱 Digital Marketing – Promotional Video Ad

• Team Size: 2 to 3 members
  
  
• Duration: Max 60 seconds
  
  
• Video Format: Portrait (9:16), MP4, 1080p
  
  
• File Name: PromoAd_Title.mp4
  
  
• Submission: Final + working file (zipped)
  
  
• Disqualified If: Exceeds time, violates theme, uses unlicensed content
  
  

📅 Submission Deadline

• All entries must be submitted by 14th July 2025.
  
  
• Late submissions will not be entertained.
